I use several Arduino cases during my experiments, available from ebay for a couple of dollars, made of acrylic clear plastic. Here I show you two of my favorites. The first one is ideal for setting up experimental circuits on a breadboard.
The second one is a case which protects the Arduino and still leaves access to all the pin connectors. Shields fit on top, but are not protected ofcourse.
